I don't think "5-minute" epoxies are right for this job.

The key to success is to rough up the plastic on the valve and the airbox (sandpaper), and clean v. well to help the epoxy stick.

I used JB myself, highest temp rating I could find and works well on plastic. Usually, the longer the cure time for epoxy, the stronger the bond.

I also didn't have a right angle drill to use, but I did have a air powered ratchet. My hole saw has a hex end, so I put a 1/4 socket on the end and used it, worked like a champ.
