Breaking up at 5k+. Solved!!
 

Thanks to all who gave notes about my misfiring issue. I just installed a new MSD ignition (for just a few bucks more then getting a new Bosch coil) and the car runs GREAT again. Better then ever actually. On another note I simply removed the whole sub-harness for the stock CDI (no cutting required), put it away with rest of the old CDI stuff and used the MSD wireing to do the install. Way cleaner then trying to inegrate the MSD stuff into the CDI harness.
