Torsion Bar Measurements

Need a little help. I have seen it before but cannot recall the answer. Is there any way to determine the diameter of the rear and front torsion bars on a 911SC? Thanks in advance!!

I might be missing something here, but do you mean while it is removed? I you don't have a set of calipers, a quick way is to take a crescent wrench and tighten so it just fits the inner bar and then measure against a mm ruler.
