Do you have the reference of when Ferdi named it super? It certainly does not appear on any period documentation. There are lots of threads on what SC stands for here and at Rennlist and no one has ever demonstrated that SC stands for anything to my satisfaction. I won't get into discussion on the subject even if winding up SC owners is fun as I have too much work to finish in the next few days:) |
Sub Carrera?
Seriously... every time a thread is Carrera specific, the SC guys jokingly stop in to create the debate. In reality, the Carrera is a much better car in every sense. |

The reference you provide is a modern one, not a period one. Poor Scholarship old chap.:D Why not provide the source for the Ferdinand quote you used earlier, or is just hearsay? I think it has already been said very well in the last posts of this thread. Do we really need to go over it again? http://forums.pelicanparts.com/showthread.php?threadid=97978&perpage=20&pagenumbe r=4 -Pedantic Milu http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1081016336.gif |
Jeeze guys, can we just stop with this SC vs. Carrera crap!! This sounds just like the great LorenFb vs Aftermarket Chip debates (remember those?).
Both are great cars but each are a bit different. I own a Carrera but would certainly have bought an SC, if I could have found a perfect one. |
