2.5 L Race Engine
 
She Blew up on Sunday and the replacement engine is coming together! No rush though, my car is going on a diet to the fab shop in a few weeks

Nice pics, Mark. Was your blown engine a 2.5L, too? How much of it was salvagable? I seem to remember seeing some pretty ugly pics posted after it went terminal. Best wishes for a quick turnaround on this project and getting back to the track.

Lucky for me the case and crank can be saved. the oil pump, rod, piston and cylinder are junk. the 2.5 is being built w all new components. the blown engine will get built as my 2.0 Litre spare for CP in VARA
