is this a momo prototipo?

looks like it to me but could it be anything else? are there imitation prototipos? how about motolita?
Ive been offered it for good money, any advice?

I would say that it is not a Prototipo. I have seen that wheel before, on early cars, even 356's though,

My guess is Moto Lita as well, judging by the larger ring around the horn button.

What is the word under this ring on the middle spoke? I can't make it out from the scan.
