Helmet Rental?

Ok, this sounds stupid but...

I hear there's a open track day on the 3rd of March? I'll be visiting CA and I'm keen to try the circuit. The problem is, it's silly to pack my helmet in my suitcase and fly 21 hours with it.

And I don't think I can get away with no helmet on track....

Is there a helmet rental service?

I wouldn't rent one. One drop and the structural integrity of the helmet could be toast.

Besides, used helmets smell yucky. Wanna borrow my gym socks?
Most importantly, Rick's right.
Think of all of the extra stuff you can pack inside of the helmet!

I'm not sure which track or event you're speaking of but you may have a chance to borrow a helmet. Contact the club/organization hosting the event.

(That being said, I have no idea why you wouldn't travel with your own helmet considering it's the most important piece of personal safety equipment you'll be using that day at the track.)
