Carquip swap-meet
Whats the turnout for next weekend looking like for the front range P-heads for the Carquip swap meet on Sunday....last years weather was ....well kinda like today....cold and inhibiting. Anybody bringing much loot or any cars for sale? There weren't too many buyers last year....and I'm inclined to show up and socialize....vs bring anything to sell. It's entertaining to hear Bill try to recruit new racers and listen to him explain the benefits of his hydropneumatic struts....maybe we should all pitch in and buy them from him. (just kidding Bill) ...anybody coming?

What time does it start?
Bill I was going to go last year, but my wifes water broke and I got a baby daughter instead, it ended up being much better than any swap meet, smile. |

Ouch on Speedo's dig on my struts to unload. I got junk to sell as always but made plans for a Ski Train ride to do some slope analyses instead-- as with a snowboard. I am still living the pain of two years ago, of being the only guy with money to burn (SD roll cage and my infamous"Boge " 3.5 struts to show for it). Freeze without me. For my 2 cents, I think we should move (or alternate) the swap meet to Dart Auto anyway. Carquip should not have the lock on the RMR swapmeet location to scoop up our leftover treasures.

I can't beleive it...this was the year I actually was going to buy those struts Damn!! I'm with you Bill on trying to throw some of the attention towards Dart.....but for all the times I've suggested to those guys they consider it....Dave just hemms and hee-haws....think he might be worried it would potentially cut into his ski-time. Maybe what it would take is for a few others to be a little more forceful with those two....maybe we should just set a date for them.....

My wife is schedule to be induced on that Sunday so I don't think I'm going to make it. Would like to stop and check it out, just have to wait and see.
Exactly what time does it start. Before Church covers a multitude of times. As for Dart, I like the idea of just scheduling it for them. I would work on Art, he tends to show up at these things more than Dave. Storz would be another good source. They've got the shop to hold something in plus the toys to view.

Thank you for the congrats. I'm just hoping to be blessed with another boy. I'm not sure I can deal with the stress of having a teenage girl one day. Two boys seems a lot simplier.

My daughter was born last night so it all depends on when wife and daughter come home from the hospital. I'm going to try and stop up. Does everyone really show up at 7:00 and how long does it go for. I've never been there so I'm looking forward to it.

Still planning to go. My 911 has no front suspension right now though so I'll have to drive the truck...
