Need Sydney Help !

This is a link I started on the Aussie forum. I'm looking at a 1970 911T - silver.

The main question in the link is whether or not a cmpression test on the 2.2 is absolutely necessary in the PPI. The mechanic (wrench) is confident given his experience with early P-cars he'll be able to tell whether or not there is a issue... (using the "Force" I suppose who knows!!!)

In any case are there any other issues I should be concerned with with the 2.2 Zeniths.
