Porsche Crest replace oil line 911 T from 1971

I need to replace rubber hose oil line ( this one with metal fiting)
Oil tank -engine
Question :Should I replace heat exchanger on driver side or could I do it without dismantling heat exchanger?

I don't know how you could possibly get in there to get a wrench on the fitting with the exchanger in place.

If it the hose that connects to the driver side of the case, you will need to R&R the driver side heat exchanger. No way around it.
