EGR light on 911
I have a 77 911s with an 86 3.2L upgrade.
I recently had my car smog checked so that I could register my car in Arizona. I was driving from California to Arizona the other day and my EGR light came on. I cannot find any information on what the EGR light is. I understand it to be part of the emissions system. What do I need to do in order to get the light off? Thanks in advance, Michael

Simply pull out the pressed in light and remove the bulb. Thats the easy way anyway.

It is a mileage reminder. Comes on as you passed some mileage. Can be reset, but is a Nader type thing.
Take the bulb out.
