84 turbo body vin # please
I am going to look at what might be too good to be true in the morning. What would be the difference in vin # of an 84 turbo body 911 vs. regular body, if any.

7th digit=9, 8th digit=3 would be turbo
7th digit=9, 8th digit=1 would be 911

If it's a Turbo-look, you won't be able to tell by the VIN. See this recent thread on Turbo-looks to tell the difference.

Eric's right. I read turbo and not turbo body 911 in your post. The M-491 option cars still have a 911 vin. Seems odd since they have the rest of the 930 goodies on them, except the turbo engine.
