Poly bushings are apparently the reason my car sounds like a 50 year old rusty spring.
Is the best way to simply use a silicone grease? Can I do this without removing the suspension? Any tips or info ? AllI've seen are very involved solutions. If this is more than a 2 hour job I gotta go the mechanic route due to time issues! Thanks

Liberally apply/squirt lithium grease all over the bushings. Takes 5 mins, but will have to repeat every 4 weeks or so especially up front.
