Battery Hold Down Clamps
Does anyone know what size screw is used to install one of these clamps?

Hi Philip,
I am at work right now, so can't go to the car to measure, but if memory serves me, it is about an 8mm or 10 mm allen wrench which fits the allen screw. There should be an allen wrench in your tool kit to fit this screw (it has a rubber boot on it to assist extracion). You'll need two of them. You should be able to pick up one of these allen screws at Home Depot if you're in the States, or at a hardware store if you're not in the States. Where is it "sunny here"?

Thanks Andras, but I'm looking for the actual size of the screw that holds the clamp down. I don't have the clamp or the screw in my car.

There is a hole, a clamp and a screw. Line up the clamp over the hole and screw in the screw. What size is the screw? How wide/long? P.S. I'm at work and want to pick the right one up on my way home.
