Front Wheel Bearing Cover - Finish

I'm working on my 1989 Targa and refreshing a bunch of stuff while doing the rubber bushing replacements.

Looking at the front hub and bearing cover (Grease Cap) it is hard to tell the factory finish on this item. It is circled in red on the diagram.

The finish doesn't appear to be yellow zinc. Is it cad or some phosphate?

Thanks in advance!
