My wife & I just bought a condo in Hendersonville, NC and I want to see if there is a good p-car mechanic in the area. I live in MA and do most of my own work but I don't have a garage in NC.
Thanks & I hope to meet some pelicanheads in NC. Dave

There's a few pelicanheads down in charlotte so hopefully they will chime in on mechanics, I use Bill Gordon Automotive but that's here in greensboro. There is quite a few of us around the state and have fun runs a few times a year. Welcome to NC!

Never seen a lot of Porsches in that area (NASCAR fans), but Rattlesnake who posts on here regularly say that he races with a guy who has a shop in Asheville (my hometown). Asheville is very close, so maybe he could point you in that direction. A lot of the Atlanta guys do runs there in the summer (cooler air and twisty roads) and fall (leaves changing color). Nice area due to the mild climate and relatively inexpensive housing. I still own property in Asheville myself.
