Ever heard of Sydmur Fireball CD?

I was cleaning the front of the engine capartment and noticed a orange box bolted there. It says "Sydmur Fireball". It's a CD ignition system but the wires aren't connected. I was wondering if this is really old? Should I hook it up or go with a new MSD system? It looks like it's in great shape.

for the price of an MSD, i wouldn't risk busting up the battery or coil wires.. on your car...
