David Hermann

Hi All -
I was curious if anyone know the whereabouts of a David Hermann in upstate NY. I did a trade with him - my 72 911 for a "mint" 944s 16v. The car arrived with a blown engine last July and he has since stopped responding to my emails and posting on several of the web site BBS's. I am doing taxes and will be writing the car off to bad debt and providing the IRS with his SSN as the benefactor.

David, if your out there and reading this, I need $3000.00 by the end of the month. This situation is far from over - part of me is looking forward to the challenge of situation.

Sorry to bring this up in a public forum, those of you who know me also know I am not the type to air dirty laundry. I feel this case is justified.

Thanks -
Scott Schroeder
