Weltmeister TC 6150 chip? good?

just opened up my ECU, guess the PO had a Weltmeister TC-6150 chip installed. I guess my question is..is it any good? Or should I use another chip. Obviously I have no way of comparing this chip to the stock chip.

anybody even using this chip? Or is it some outdated POS? I really had no idea my car had this chip in it until I cracked the motronic open. Comments are welcome.
