QUick question, the fan duct on the fan shroud attachment

So, back when covid started, my boss told me I was going to have 4 weeks no work. I immediately took my Porsche engine apart. Yipeee!

Then 10 days later he called "Screw the rules, get back to work, we have a TON of business" (I build home theaters)

So much for the 911

And I didn't have a day off until Labor Day, and didn't get home until after dark most days that summer.

Of course I thought I'd be putting it back together in a week or so, and didn't take enough pictures...I'm an idiot!

Soooo, I've been biting but of the project off here and there....I've finished the painting of the well worn fan shroud and the duct that rivits to the shroud. But there is one location that gives me pause. It's on the front right (passenger) side, just ahead of the intake. The shroud (green) has molded in a square depression, such as it would if it had one of those square clips with the threaded center part that accepts a bolt (or screw). (You can see the depression in the pic loos like a " [ " (some cleaner residue makes it white)

The rest of the duct has holes and I ground the remaining rivits off, and will replace them.

But, does this one location get a rivit?? or threaded clip fastener with a screw or bolt????

This might be something you can check on your car? Mine is a 1973 911E , but it got converted to a 2.7 with Webers (now PMOs) in the late 90s.

Maybe it has a fastener with a loop to hold a pipe/hose/wire?? I can't remember grrrr!

Thanks!
