breather cover part nr?

Another DIY bad repair from the PO ...

the breather cover , was leaking ... noticed today that i can't remove it , because it's been welded... and they welded the bolt as well... that's will work for the grinder

one problem though ... can't find the part number
the one on the damaged one , on my car is obscured

i found one on the pelican parts website.. but the picture doesn't look like the one i have

eeh, got the new breather cover... and it looks the right one

except that the return tube for the MFI pump isn't there. there is a hole with thread in it.. but no tube..

anybody know the part number for that one , or do i just fabricate one? standard copper tubing, then torque it in nice and tight?? or steel tube?
