targa rust caution
 

when we took the rear window out of the targa and removed the chrome etc....the rust had destroyed a good portion of the window frame top o the fender.......this was hard to find as the one of the po's had tarred up this area and it appeared sound until the grinder got going......
my advice: dont buy any targa with rust at all.....luckily it is repariable but if we would not have caught it now it would have the targa bar would not have acted as a roll bar at all.
