996 and SCWDP guy at the same time

I am still loyal to the SCWDP (I think)!

I just bought a 1999 911/996, but I'm keeping the 1982 SC.

I assume that means I'm not a traitor.

Pics of the newly acquired toy?

Will you be backdating it? :D

Only if it is a stick and doesn't have cup holders...

I need to get out the digital camera and take a pic.

I'm going to rip out the 300hp 996 motor and put in the SC motor. :-)

I still love my SC. There's really nothing like it for "feeling the road". It's so nimble.

I went for Tiptronic for the 996 because it's a daily driver and I have to drive up to an hour through traffic twice a day. There are some clogged-up spots I drive through, but there are also a bunch of of back-roads too that will make for some fun driving.

Who'd have thunk it? "My 1999 Porsche 996 is my daily driver...but I have a 1982 Porsche 911SC for my weekend fun car!!".

Makes sense though... :)

Congratulations! :)

What colour is it, Bill?

Burgundy.
