clewett serpentine belt kit

I'm considering installing Clewett Engineering's serpentine belt kit on my Euro 3.2 since it's out for a rebuild. Anybody have any experience with this setup? I can see how the belt would last longer and be less likely to fail. Is it just eyecandy?
