Any comments on this car?
Seems to be a good deal...if as described.

Money Pit You may not be able to see it but that's what is written all over it. Makes me suspicious when they don't post engine pics. That's a lot of miles for an original Turbo. Right after you spend a small fortune getting the interior restored, you can spend a large fortune on mechanicals.

"An oil leak down test was performed and all oil lines were replaced."
This statement alone makes me wonder, but the low reserve and fact that he listed it is a huge red flag. There's no such thing as a $20,000 good deal on a grey market Turbo.

In my opinion Not one of Porsches better color combos.
And the seller isn't saying much about a lot of stuff. Going to need a muffler soon, Tells me he doesn't want to pay for it and the other stuff that maybe coming up. Most of us have a collection of mufflers. Buying used cars can be a real experiance in human nature. I looked at an SC a while back that was owned by an Anal Engineer, Or so the ad was hyped. It had an engineered broom handle in the boot to hold it up, Amoung other things? Pumping All original glass, PLEASE!. The body does look kinda nice though

This would be a car to get a very thorough PPI on with 85K on the clock, that shiny paintwork is hiding a money pit. I guarantee that the synchro's on 1st, 2nd,3rd gear will need replacing, the turbo is probably near the end of its life, and the engine will be tired and ready for that rebuild. However if you can turn a wrench yourself and have a spare $$$ to spend in upgrades you can make a 450hp whole load of fun.
One plus, it does have 300hp vs 282 for US car in stock form.
