911 Seats and dash

do the seats after 1989 1/2 fit into a late 80s 911? if so what year is the cutoff point that the seats will no longer fit? has anyone put later seats into your older 911 and have any pics?

are the dash pads on pelican leather? it seems like my 86 has an actual leather dash. the 89 i had didnt seem like it was leather.

is it me or is the smell of that leather interior one of the best things in life?

Hi,

I'm under the impression that the interior is interchangeable up to 993 (including the 993). It is supposed to just bolt on.
