What do you think about mounting fire extinguisher to BK harness truss?
I have been trying to decide where to mount the fire extinguisher.
The mounts in from of the passenger seat seem to get in the way of the passenger. The Brey-Krause harness truss can anchor the safety harness so why not bolt the fire extinguisher to the top of the truss and use a good, 2 strap braket braket to hold the fire extinguisher in? |

Drew,
what you describe is what I've done with mine. Mine is actually hung from the bottom of a BK harness bar, rather than above, which is where I have a camera mount located. Access is not the best, especially with the wider Recaro SRD seats, but I CAN get to it if necessary. |

I'd want a very sturdy mount. If that thing let go in an accident I would hate to have an extinguisher coming at me at head level.
