Muffler questions

Time for my Bursch muffler to go... It just isn't working sticking out from under my IROC bumper. Needs to be cleaner. Plus, the four inch tip is gone too... Just don't like it.

Here is the question. I like the idea of a Franken-muffler. Similar to Jack's (single tip though) or Bigrubbers new job.

Aren't there some sort of back pressure issues to deal with?

Sound is not a big deal as I wan't an aggressive sound. If I were to do a Franken-muff (cheap+light+custom) which model for the single in/out? Absolutely stainless, or does it REALLY matter, cost/effect?

I thought about a Sport Dansk as well but $$$$. I don't want to go back to stock.

Thoughts...

PS: I'm running Steve's chip..

Thing is, if you have Steve's chip keep in mind you will need to get it re-programed
