Hershey Swap Meet South East (GA,SC,NC,VA)

Alright guys, the post is already out there. Lots of people going from Ohio, Pa, Michigan, and a few more northern states.

We need to make a showing south of the Mason Dixon Line. Who's going? I did the last three years and I will tell you, it saved me mucho deniro.

Last year I bought a fuel accumulator for $15.00. My car was acting up and it turned out to be the accumulator. Year before bought a Bursch muffler for $100.00 Cash.

So, for those of you who need parts or replacement parts that is the place to get them. In addition, if you don't see anything you like the scenery is great. You can also get the names of the vendors there if you see something that you may want to purchase later on.

I plan on leaving Thursday evening, returning on Monday.
Friday night at the Bears Den is the meeting place for all pelicanites. and if we have enough representation, we could get a selected parking area for all of us.

Steve, I plan to go this year. I have a vendor near Hershey, so I may be able to make it a business trip (if I can find a "reason") and would fly instead of drive. Will know more as the date nears.

I'm curious if there will really be 2 swap meets this hear in Hershey:

The Central PA region annual meet is listed for Sat April 23rd.

The Parade meet is listed for Sat June 25th.

Anybody know for certain if both are gonna go off?

I agree that the April will be a larger event as folks form the MA, CT, NJ, RI, NY, PA, ME, VT, NH, DE, OH, MI, OH, VA, MD, DC, NC, SC, IN, IL, MI, etc. make this trek every year.

The 50th Porsch parade in June should be very nice but the vendors attending the April event will most likely sell the GOOD parts and have little left for the June event.
