For those of you with poished wheels, do you maintain them with a quality wheel polish by hand or use something (rotary tool, etc.)?
My HRE's are polished, and I hand polish them, rub till the black appears etc, but getting around the bolts (they are three piece) is a huge pain in the rear. I was just curious if anyone is using anything. I can only do about one wheel at a time too, as my hand gets all cramped up. Yep, its a good time. Thanks, Bill |

Polishing wheels is classic alone time. Personal time with your best friend.
Take one to the shop and spend some time with her. Put her down. Come back later, work on her some more. That's why I have two sets of wheels. One to polish. One to drive. Damn I'm insane. wj

I agree wj, but its tough on the hands, which then has a negative affect on the other classic alone time....just kidding, smile.

![]() Polished wheels. Sure they are a lot of work. But they are worth it! |

Haven't used it myself but the Mothers PowerBall seems like the ticket.

Becareful with the Mother's Powerball. Especially the small one. I "burned" some of the paint on my wheels when the lubricant "polish" went dry on the ball.
When using the ball to polish, slow speed and low torque is your friend. wj
