g tech pro / competition
How many people own a G tech pro ?
Do you use it when you up grade parts? Do you think that is useful |

As far as accuracy, there was some testing down by European car on the G-tech and the Passport model. The pass port model was actually a bit more accurate, but even the G-Tech was only off by .2 second on the 1/4 mile runs. That is close enough for me.

Actually, the competition model is the one to get ... but I have been waiting for Tesla to get the bugs worked out of the firmware!
Oh, yeah, and I expect a bit more comprehensive owner's manual than what they have offerd so far, too! A bit more details about the logging and display sofware is needed ... actually, a LOT MORE DETAIL in that area is needed!!! It would be nice if the sofware and firmware development engineers would document what they have been selling for what, 2+ years, now???

I think it is useful. I did 6.8 0-60 times and had fun. When there is upgrades, I will go back to the 0-60 time measurements. They are best in my eyes, because I don't have to guesstimate weight.
