thanks....I did not realize that you were just looking to get more top speed and that the corners were full on. very cool and good luck.
Jack... will will you be posting links of in car video and such? would really like to see that. |
Yeah, Maybe I should have posted a warning first.
|
Perhaps louvers under the engine portion? To let engine fan air flow better?

Looks like nobody wants a piece of BB2. You're the ONLY entry in T2. 60 T1 2002 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Denny Straub, Steve Tosi The #60 vette in T1 has two friends of mine. Steve Tosi is an old 914 racer out No Carolina (he's flyin in) - so take it easy on these guys.... |
Yeah, we'll spank everyone in T1 except for Rossi, who is a pretty damn amazing driver.
If it weren't for him, we'd bump up to T1 and get the overall win in Touring. But then again, there are some great drivers running Evo 8's in T3. Wayne Mello and Rick white are the team to watch. Hey Jack, can you get my name put back on the team roster? H2O911, yeah, no worries mate, I know where you're coming from. Just to add to the argument though, the 964 and 993 got the CD down to .32 and .33 respectively, with zero lift using a tiny spoiler using the smooth-flat bottom approach. When in doubt, copy the Factory! |

Initially, I had the same thought as H20911 regarding generating additional lift by increasing the air velocity under the car. However, these cars are net lift generators anyway. The best we can do is to neutralize that lift with spoilers. They are not like prototype or formula cars.

Seems I was wrong. O.K. I admit it, I was wrong. We beat everyone including Rossi in Touring 1. :D BTW, the undertray knocked almost 2 full seconds off of BB2's Willow times. Who's talkin' smack now? :D ;) NON- BELIEVERS! Convert now!!!! |
You can install mine at WSIR on May 19th, k? Make sure it's ready before the first session tho.
Great job! |
