I do not think it sold. I was emailing the owner and had received a lot of pictures, but when he lowered the reserve to 12k I was worried. That car should not have had a reserve that low, and I think they felt it was going to go for a low price. Just my opinion...

I emailed the guy after the (low) reserve was met. He only lowered it to remove the "buy it now" thingy. He told me the car had been sold, but he was going to let the auction run until the actual deal was made. I guess the deal was made! I think it sold for around $22k.
