8000 for a 72T w/60,000 miles??
Haven't looked at it yet so don't know what its all about but its sounds tempting to go take a look see.
72T 60,000 original miles. Color Dark Blue? Has a spare engine (don't know size) to go with. Supposedly nice. Garaged all its life. Same owner last 17 years. Asking $8000. Is he in the ball park? Don't want to waste time looking if price is way out there. What should I look at besides the usual rust areas? Would have to sell my '76 911 project to get it. Reason why it sounds nice is it's done and mine is a ways off from being finished. I'm tired of working and going no where. Any Opinions? (Now that's a loaded question.....) Jim |

That could be a smoking deal assuming all is as you describe!

Yeah but "nothing" is as described unless maybe looking at a museum piece. Has to be something wrong somewhere. Just not up on the 72 prices. I've been trying to concentrate on my 76. I know the "S" draws a lot more and was curious what the "T" models draw. Maybe I'll take a look see.
Thanx Jim |

For $8k, its worth a look. If it runs, is not eaten up with rust, and is as you describe, its a great find IMHO.
Good luck! |
