oil leak?

Hi all could do with sme advice please, i have an 89 3.2 Targa sport with 100k and its dropping a bit of oil, this isn't rare i know but i would like to sort it if poss .
I cleaned the crankcase to try and see where its coming from and it looks like the two pipes (oil cool i think) at the top of the case see pic. Also the nuts with nylon threads look like they're seeping a bit, is this the breather gasket?
Any advice would be very welcome cheers
