71t top end jingle
Well I started my car this past weekend to gain some incentive to get back into the body work so I can shoot her and sart putting her back together. I was a big nerved to hear a subtle top end jingle from one of the cylinders. I'm thinking since the car sat for 3-4 years before I got it and I only ran it enough to getting it running (as well as in garage can be), to continue with the project, it's time to look for a broken valve spring. Any other thoughts?

What kinda chain tensioners do you run? May the non oil fed jobs have leaked and be lame?

Well thet are the old style. I had the covers off to check them initially and they do have the protectors. The sound seems to be coming from through the carbs though. The timing is good.
