where is the fuel pump check valve?

I am having problems with warm starts on my 82 SC. I did a lot of searching and found out that I should replace the fuel pump check valve first.

So I bought it asap from pelican, but I can't seem to find any pictures or description of exactly where it is and how to remove it.

Is it just located on the fuel pump or what?

If anyone has a diagram or pictures that would be awsome.

Thanks,

If you remove the fuel pump it should be pretty easy to see where your new check valve goes. Sorry I don't have pics for you. Your local fire department will thank you if you disconnect the battery first. Good luck

Cool, thanks.

I just wanted to make sure that it was necessary to remove the fuel pump, since I could not find any documentation on the procedure.
