So how much would say a 1975 911 turbo beat a 1975 911 carrera 3.0 by?
The story is this girl who goes to my highschool jocked my car... she has my paint, my tail, and everything! so pissed, i thought my car was one of a kind in highschool! what the hell? -Except my exterior looks newer, and i rebuilt mine and and duct tape holds half of it together on the inside. Yes i have awesome painted and chrome fuchs -she has orange peel, and new 911 turbo late model rims (looks ugly on older body IMO) All in all i was frustrated today and now i want to know how much she could smoke my car by.

Hold up...
You met a girl in your *highschool* who has a similiar Porsche 911 as yours, but in Turbo....and you're WORRIED/PISSED?! Shouldn't you be happy as hell and running over there begging her to just marry you?

When I was in high school we rode donkeys to school, and there was nothing we could do about it. And we LOVED IT!!!
But seriously, think of all the things you'd have in common. Ask her to auto cross, join PCA together, hangout talk about Porsches. Wish I were so lucky.

My friends and I were just talking about my ruf bumpers and stuff and then i see "my car" driving by and theyre like did you give some girl your keys? My jaw dropped I realized it wasnt my car when I knoticed the new style turbo wheels and 11 inch fenders
and then i walked up and was like nice car... way to jock my style. She was like wow i like your car and stuff and this time i was just amazed at how nice this turbo really was.... I got her number so we can hang out sometime =) Im just a trend setter i guess. And no I ended the neon light fad at my school by deciding to rebuild a real car |

We need women like that on the east coast. Everyone flips out when I drive my '84 Targa to school. Old men just stare, it is quite funny when you live in a little redneck town with about 30,000 people. I can't wait until I get my '84 Turbolook done with its fresh Guard's Red paint and wild Monty Dual Out coming out the back. Pics of the car and girl would be great. Who would let a 16-17 yr old girl drive a 930? The beast makes me quiver in fear.

Oh, and someone sounds a little bitter. Jeez, so the kid has a nice car. The only problem that I see is that I think that it would be unusual for a teen with a car like a 911 to NOT get into trouble, more trouble than they could get into with something like an escort.

I went to a very rich high school and very few kids had a car at all. Those who did had junkers. Hmmmm...a teenage girl behind the wheel of a 911 turbo....how many drunk friends you think she could get inside?

Hey, Hey, Hey, lets leave her virtue out of this. I'm sure she's a very nice girl!
oh, you mean inside the car... sorry. Like I said, a teen with a car that fast seems like a bad idea, but they are probably safer in a 911 than in an old junker or any one of the other cars that they might have from an active safety point of view. I'd rather see on going 100 in a Porsche than a '65 Impala like I did. If they had to swerve or stop in a hurry they have a better chance of successfully pulling it off in a 911 than something like a '75 Monte Carlo.

My 63 Corvair was pretty darn fast in HS. Especially when I had those two carbs synched up real good! Makes fixing oil leaks on a 911 a piece of cake!!!
