1966 Porsche 930 Turbo...why?

Does this car look seriously retarded/disfigured or is it just me ?

why would anyone install such a powerful motor into a car without the suspension/braking to compliment it?

take a look.....

Dunno about you, but a 1776cc VW hardly qualifies as a "powerful motor."

Yeah, the 1776 I had in my bug was about 1/2 as powerfull as the 2.0 in my '66 911. But yes the car does look retarded. SWB cars dont look too good with the maxi flares and if they are not done just right can look, well like this car.

On-ramp, I think you misunderstood the ad. They only made the car LOOK LIKE a turbo. It's still got a 4 cyl motor and stock suspension and brakes, so now it's even slower than it was originally.
