How do you remove mold/mildew smell from ac ducting/system?

I was wondering how this could be done without disassembly of the entire system. Lysol sprayed into the intake with fan on?

movin, try "Febreze" fabric spray.

It can be found at supermarkets and Walgreens in the laundry detergent aisle.
