Am I missing this heater part?
 

I know it's getting too warm to mess with the heater anyway, but I have a question. In doing some other work, I found that the driver's side heater hose was loose. I tried to stick it back onto the "Y" but couldn't as it seemed to be too small in diameter. I looked at the passenger's side hose which had a reducer from the Y to the hose (part 18 in the diagram). Is there supposed to be one on the driver's side too?
