Why so cheap?

I saw the below car on ebay. At this time 24 people have placed bids and the current price is about $16,000. Is this about right?

16 k the reserveis not met.

I dont know how deep the market is for a 110k miles tip cab. The 91's also have some potential issues. I think the cars priced right at under 20k it just might take some time for a buyer that wants a tip cab.

I think that the reason that the car is "so cheap" is because there are still 4 days left on the auction. It's the last hour or two of the auction which will determine the price and separate the "men from the boys" when it comes to potential buyers. The pricing which has been bid so far doesn't really matter.

It's kind of like the first half in an NBA game.

that's about what its worth...if that. According to the very salesey pitch, it has an "exhaust leak", and "shimmy just between 55 and 70". If that's what he's admitting to, then what is hidden? I doubt it has any records. It looks like it just got a nice detail though...but while checking the power seats they wouldn't even replace a faulty switch?
