It's official May 8th, Scituate MA

Hi, spoke to my town admin and got the green light for May 8th at Peggaty Beach in Scituate, MA starting at 10:00.

Start boxing up your parts, there is gonna be a swap meet.

Anyways, hope some of you can make it. Think sun.

I'll post over on the other boards. It would be nice to see some of our othe non 911 Porsche Brothers there.

David

Ooooo, I really want to go. My wife is due with our first baby on the 15th. I guess I'll have to play it by ear. Btw, did you ever get in touch with anyone from PCA?

45 mins south of Boston with no traffic. Take route 3 south to the Cape (at Braintree Split)

Get off exit 13

Take Left

Take right on 123 (right after Joe's Bar & Grill), there will be a set of lights.

Follow straight until first set of lights (15 mins), take left on 3A.

Take right at next set of lights (Scituate Town hall, Police Station is there)- First Parish road

Stay staight like 2 miles until you get to the harbor (water, boats, bunch of restaraunts and mama, papa stores.

Drive through harbor, at end there is an intersection with a white church (Saint Marys) take left.

Cross Bridge, take first right and then first right again.

Peggatty Beach Parking lot.

There is a slightly faster way but a bit more confusing.

Not a problem. It is more a social than anything. Part swap is just an added plus.

I'd be heading out from the Worcester area and would be willing to meet up with others along the way on the 'pike to make our way to the coast.

I have a fair that I could bring to the swap (from my '86 930: front seats, rear deck, rear seat backs, front spoiler, cams, gears etc.) but want to take the Porsche and won't have room for the stuff. What should I do?

Yeah thats my problem, too. Got stuff I could swap/sell, but kinda silly to go to a local Porsche get together without the Porsche.

Hi Guys,

Swap is sort of secondary. Bringing the Porsche is the Priority. If you can fit stuff in the back seat great, if you don't want to that is fine too. I was sort of thinking of it as a way to see others car and talk to people with the same interest in cars.
