Actually, technically I don't think that is a 935. It was designed by Len Dykstra and was the car that John Paul won the IMSA GT championship with. The frame fabrication was beautifully done but different than the 935. The bodywork on the other hand was downright odd looking.

Beautiful cars don't just happen. There is usually a lot of designer input in harmony with engineering and functional elements - especially aerodynamics. The car above looked out of place at RRII.

I have wondered who shaped the bodies of the great Porsche race cars (I know Butzi did the 904). The 917, 906, 908-3 are just absolute prefection in terms of automotive form!

BTW - the Fabcar Porsches are butt ugly - the factory should do something about it!

Jared, I was in the Brumos garage while Harm Lagay was reworking the graphics on the Brumos Fabcar with tape. It was pretty interesting watching him work. He wants them to black out a large teardrop shape around the side window and make the back window look larger by blacking out around it and the front glass. You could tell that it will look better, but I mentioned to him that it must be a difficult task making that car look good, and he said something about it being hard to make pigs fly.

I've got some photos of him doing this if I can figure out how to post them - computer luddite that I am.
