Power Friction clutch disk?
Hi folks,
I bought a clutch disk on ebay about 6 mos. ago, and the seller stiffed me. Since I didn't want to lay out the scratch for another new disk, I was going to reuse the old one, but decided tonight I should just bite the bullet. I found Vertex sells a Power Friction clutch disk for a pretty decent price, did some searching but I can't find any information on it-- looks like it's a proprietary brand--has anyone had any experience with these? For the record I got the PP and T/O bearing from our host, but am looking to get the clutch a little close to home for time reasons. Thanks for any input! |
I have one in my 87, it works just fine. It is a bit less forgiving since it doesn't have the rubber center and doesn't compress like the stocker.
