1,822 mile vacation in the targa....TONS of pics.....

got home last night after my girlfiend michelle and i turned 1,822 miles in my targa, all i can say is it ran absolutely perfectly......purred up and down the mountains.
the trip want from akron ohio to hershey to the washinton dc area to ft. bragg NC to wilminton/cape fear NC then back to akron.
a warm thank you goes out to jim richards and his wife Lu, they were excellent "hosts" when we were in dc.......fabulous people (hope you're enjoying your audio jim )
here are some pics.....alot of jack olsen style and some not p-car related but oh well, i have a few hundred i have to resize so more will be added through the week.

Nice pics. Glad to hear your trip was successful. Believe it or not, I put 1800 on my car over the Hershey Weekend. In addition, my starter selenoid quit working after I left Hershey.

It worked properly when the engine was cold until I arrived at the Tropicana in Atlantic City. Got there Sunday afternoon and when I turned the engine off at the Valet, it wouldn't start. Sort of embarrasing to watch them try to push start it to get it to run.

Next morning when I was getting ready to leave, I had to have several of the Valetmen give me a push for a $20.00 tip. Only shut it off once at Burger King on my way to GA. The trip ended up being a 15 hour ordeal because of traffic delays in Philadelphia and Charlotte, SC,

Anyway, good seeing you again and will be looking forward to next years event.

you too steve.....my targa ran perfectly, and got michelle (girlfriend) to the beach........was a needed break from the current grind i'm in.
our grand-american team stuff progressed well while i was gone too, should have very good news come the end of next week
