Looks OK to this untrained eye. Nothing jumps out as being odd or unusual about the car. It looks like it has been well cared for.

I've seen this for sale before. I'm pretty sure this guy is in the PCA (not sure if that means anything). Looks like a nice car.

I like the color! Do the sidewalls on the rears tires look awefully wide?

Looks nice. Those side marker lights on the front fenders were not introduced until 1981, I wonder if those were retrofitted...?

He won't get his reserve as he is asking a Buy it Now of 14K. Figure reserve at about 12K to 12.5K.

I'd start asking him now about selling the car outside of eBay. See if he has extras about that might sweeten the deal should you end up paying something around his reserve. And I have a set of 16" wheels should you want to go that route... ;>

Nice looking car.

I'd be suspicious of the front end. Ruf bumper & newer fenders might be hiding something. The armrest has to go, but I like the color & the engine compartment looks clean. Too bad it's not local, would be a nice car to check out.

If you are serious, get a PPI done.
Oh no, I just noticed it's a VA car. RUN!!!
Do not buy this SC, if you do, that's one less SC for us.
The 911 looks solid. If I were you, I would send the seller a message asking whether he is a DIY or takes it to a shop. If the seller takes it to a shop, ask which one in NoVA. Then call the shop and ask them about the car.
Also, since it's local I'm sure one of the Dorki's (www.dorkiphus.com) won't mind checking it out for you.
Good luck.
