Shop/Mechanic in ATL???

greetings,

i'm fairly new to the area and i'm looking for a porsche shop/mechanic in the area (close?) that someone can recommend that does quality work, reasonable and has knowledge of the usual upgrades etc that are being done to the earlier cars.....i live off roswell rd inside the perimeter.

here are some pics of my 71 911T RS replica. the motor has been swapped out for a 2.7 rebuilt to carrera specs, 915 tranny, rs interior & stuff and the body mods. everything has been pretty much replaced or upgraded to new with the exception of the front suspension which is next on the list.

if your looking at this car and thinking its pretty cool and want to convert yours. buy one already completed, much cheaper in the long run and instant enjoyment. i've been screwing with this for 3 yrs or so.

You really can't go wrong with either one, they're both run by honest guys. Both prep a lot of race cars and street cars, so they know what they're doing.

when i first moved down, i'd see some guy driving around it what appeared to be a 550 (replica?) ...... anybody know him?

well as soon as i get this thing together we'll meet up for a drive. i have a whole list of small items that kill you when u do a conversion left on the list.

i assume it was a replica since a noticed you own a proteus. obviously a student of fine autos.
