Early oversized (100 ltr ?) fuel tank.
Hi,
Does anyone have any pics of an early (up to 73) oversized fuel tank. Did the early oversized tanks also take a standard sized spare ? or did ther have a space saver type size wheel ? Also how can you ID an original early oversixed tank in comparsion tp a later standard fuel tank ? Thanks in advance for any help or advice Alan |

I have one of these tanks, I"ll try to snap some pics for you this week.
They use a regular spare...but luggage space is dramatically decreased. Also, the 100l tanks look completely different from a late tank. Both your questions should be answered more clearly with some pics, worth a thousand words, etc. Will try to post soon!
