D/FW inspection??
My friend doesn't have cats on his 88 M3 but he needs to get an inspection sticker. Is it possible? Anyone know of a place?

My 911 passed without cats. It took lots of tuning and leaning it out, but it passed two years in a row now. He might make it through, worth a try.
